Possible Lyme Disease - Opinion?

New here and I'm a little nervous about some symptoms I've been having lately. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so I'm hoping that's all this is but you never know.

In April I had this weird mark on my arm. It looked a bit like an amorphous scab but it was flat and smooth and it most definitely did not look like a tick. Within a week it healed (the "scab" got smaller so I really don't think it was a tick) but it started to get extremely itchy and it turned into a bullseye rash. I googled pictures but it didn't look similar to a bullseye rash from a tick bite - it was almost inverted, like a red center, then white, then red. I went to two doctors over the next few weeks all of whom said it didn't look like a Lyme disease rash. It was extremely itchy and slightly oozy and scaly. They suggested maybe poison ivy or a spider bite or something. They tested me for Lyme anyway, even though I had no other symptoms, and it came back negative (EIA test, I think). Eventually the rash spread in blotches (not bullseyes) over my body, which was also very itchy. I was prescribed a steroid cream for it and it went away shortly after it spread. I also saw a dermatologist about it and she didn't think it was Lyme either. Anyway it went away so I forgot about it.

Fast forward a few months later and I'm having some other issues. Not to get too TMI, but I'm having some digestive problems (diarrhea - not every day but maybe once or twice a week, then it stops for two weeks, and will come back). A few years ago my doctor thought I might have IBS, but I've never had diarrhea so often. I also have been having trouble getting to sleep and then staying asleep. I'm not tired at all, though, even during the day. I feel slightly foggy as well.

I guess those are my only symptoms but I'm trying to figure out why I'm having them. Since I did have that bad rash a few months ago and don't know what caused it for sure, my mind is trying to diagnose it.

Do you think this is all something to be concerned about? I'm hoping they're not related but I get nervous about these types of things. It doesn't help that I'm constantly trying to diagnose myself, haha. Any help would be appreciated.

The way you described the rash does sound like a bullseye rash

So it was a red dot in the middle and a red circle around it with your skin colour in between the dot and the red circle?

The bullseye rash isn't always the typical bulls eye

I also recommend you get an Igenex Lyme WB done as Denikeef suggested.

A Lyme rash does not always look like a bullseye. My LLMD said it can appear as small blotches or even a mark that resembles a bruise (which I had). My so-called bruise was circular, just like a bullseye, but did not hurt like a bruise.
