L-glutamine (but not if sensitive to msg)
Fish oil (omega 3's)
Vitamin A (this should be at an optimal level)
Vitamin D (this should be at an optimal level)
Bone broth (again can have same issue as l-glutamine, but not if you do not boil the bones for more than 4 hours)
