Is there other people on here who cannot tell what is going on with there body because it doesn't feel like it did before all of this..i can't tell if something agrees with me or not if its hurting or helping or not..I cant' tell if I have a herx because My symptoms are so sporadic and not rhyme or reason....I dont' know what anything is in my body and wondering if I have several autoimmune diseases....I don't know what to do or how to handle this anymore...

I'm so tired

Before this I could tell what hurt what didn't if something made me sick or something didn't if something gave me allergy or something...I can't tell anything now..cuz pain isn't the same I guess do to vascular or nerve issues and my body doesn't feel the same

From what I am gathering it is a common thing. For myself it is a battle to know if anything is a new thing or is saying something else is wrong.

One of the hardest things about Lyme is that very thing. Knowing what is a symptom, what is a herx and what is something else entirely. I am learning though, that Lyme can cause a lot of different things. I am sorry you are struggling so.

Carla, this is normal. There is no rhyme or reason and that is lyme. We all feel like that. We have no idea what is going to hurt and why or how.

It is frustrating and lyme is definitely a learning process. You learn a lot of things. The first thing I learned was to listen to my body and try and figure out what it is telling me.

This is not easy, but you breath and listen.
