Has anyone tried cellfood? I bought it at my health food store today and Im curious if anyone has experience with it and if it works.

When I have no idea about a product I will go to amazon and read the reviews.

Just reading some of the reviews, I would not take this.

If I need amino acids, I have a better source for those in Naked Whey. It is organic -- well here it is

Just be careful. It is easy to get all gungho and buy a lot when you first get started and then you end up with things you don't use.

I did this and I have a lot of herbs that I intended on taking "someday."

That day never came and now they are sitting there as an unnecessary expense. So they are taking up cupboard space in case I ever need them or the expiration date comes. LOL

Right. I've been doing natural supplements for 2 years now, mainly for my kids and I have a ton of stuff just sitting there. I'm not new to supplements, just lyme. It sucks this darn lyme.
