Cryptolepis, sida Acuta, bidens pilosa, alchornea cordifolia, Artemesia annua are all potentially helpful for babesia. Montana farmacy and woodland essence are good. And yeah air hunger is common for babesia
Start at very low dosages with any herbs you try. WoodLandEssence has a combination tincture of the Buhner's recommended babesia herbs - CSA - cryptolepis/sida/alchornea, which we use.
Be aware that higher dosages of herbs may increase your symptoms as bacteria/protozoa are killed and lysed, releasing cell contents.
It sounds as though you already have a very high bacterial load and will need to start very slowly (ie one drop) with only a single antimicrobial herb (or with CSA if you wish). One drop each of the three constituents might be too much.
You do not have to herx to heal. If you are treating with any dosage at all, it will eventually impact load.
