Dehydration?

I am extremely dehydrated lately and wondering if it can be caused by lyme or by herding. Thanks. I have low sodium so am not allowed to drink a lot of liquid.

I am not an expert, but being dehydrated is very bad for Lyme patient, as we need water to clean all the toxins Bb produces.
Is it possible to get IV, in order to regain some liquid?
Maybe IV with some vitamins in it.

I agree with blueberrymuffin! We has to stay very hydrated to keep flushing the toxins out of our body.

Jiggly- can you please be a little more specific about having low sodium and not allowed to drink a lot of fluid??

Did a doctor tell you this?

I was in the hospital for low sodium and they told me to restrict my liquids. I am ignoring it though!

I have dehyration issues especially at night.
I have noticed that there are several factors that make it worse. Detox products make me thirstier so if you are taking them you really have to make sure you are having 3 litres a day.
Dehydration is related to diabetes and even though I test negative for that I am thirstier if I have too much fructose - ie fruit or sugar.
I havent been able to solve it..... for me its just about balance.
