How do you use Burbur and pinella

I bought burbur and Pinella, not quite sure when or how to use them. Any advice? Has anyone been allergic to them? Do I take them only when I am herxing? Thank you. How often do you them also.

You may know that Burbur and Pinella are part of the Cowden protocol and the recommendation is to dose them throughout the day:

I took them twice daily and more often when herxing.

I use them daily 3 to 4 times. Depending on how I am feeling. If I am having a bad "brain" day or a lot of dizziness and heart pounding I will use them several times that day.

On one particular day when I had extreme balance and head issues I took them every half hour for two hours. It helped significantly.

I do 10 drops of each.

I take them once daily - together. And more often if I'm herxing.

I put the drops together in a glass of water...and sip it slowly. (Takes me about 1/2 an hour to finish drinking it)

is there a reason to sip it slowly, versus just drinking it at once?
