I declare a moratorium on a scientific and medical phrase that does not serve us, the patient.
NONE of us has failed anything - we haven't failed diagnosis, we haven't failed antibiotics, we haven't failed treatment of any kind.
THEY have failed US.
From this point forward, I'm reversing this phrase, accordingly. I didn't fail treatment, the prescribed treatment FAILED ME.

Except for one thing, even if it only brought on herxes, with no cure, at least it confirmed there are bugs in us, if not specific bugs.

My favorite quote relating to this:
"Rocket science is tough, and rockets have a way of failing."-- Sally Ride
Lyme treatment is tough, and Lyme treatments have a way of failing. BOOM.
