Hi there. I was wondering if we are allowed to discuss treatment protocols?

Right now I am in limbo as I seek a new specialist, but my family dr who is somewhat Lyme savvy is treating me for newest positive tests.

She said she is following dr h protocol. I would like to share to get feedback if when I am taking makes sense to anyone....

It seems everything I read has antibiotics at higher dosages, and a mix of them....

Absolutely we share protocols. That's how we learn from each other and share what's worked, what's not, etc.

Yes it is okay. The only time it isn't is when someone comes on to sell a specific protocol. But we welcome it! We all learn this way.

We are happy to help you in any way we can. There are some pretty Lyme savvy people in this group so ask away!

Are you talking about Horowitz? I did not know that he had a particular protocol. I thought his were all tailor maid for each individual.

We LOVE to hear about what protocol is being used, how the person is doing and helping to find answers to questions any time we can!! :-)

GilmoreGirl-Here is a link to a thread from yesterday. Two members are both on Dr H's protocol, one of them is seeing Dr H. You may get the info you want from one of them.
