last was on here i was doing the chronic tonic. im still lots better and sometimes go through the phase of forgetting about the lyme lol..even though its there.

just wanted to update how my chronic tonic protocol was going.

well...i had stopped to due a nutritional balancing program. some of the suggestions i read was to tackle pyroluria before lyme if the condition was there. this is the route i took.

also started a nutritional balancing program to fight off deficiencies so the chronic tonic could work well.

It would seem to make sense to equip the body with the right vitamins and then strengthen the immune system; or rather fix deficiencies then take the herbal approaches.

i did what is called a hair mineral analysis test. it helps you determine both deficiencies or physiologic states in your body like the functioning of glands with the right interpretation.

yea...so i started supplementing what i figured i need and according to the report..i will be having a repeat hair mineral analysis test.

It's been some time since i have been doing a nutritional balancing program of then nutrients i need.

I'm re going to start doing the chronic tonic...i guess i should have stick with it so i wouldn't have to restart again!

the nutritional balancing program is suppose to help with the lyme too by sthrenghting the body to fight off the disease....especially when a deficient body cannot function properly.

Good luck to everyone...i think if i stay consistent with the chronic tonic herbs it will go away. soon enough.

While I'm really sorry you have a need to be back here, I'm sure glad you're back, since you are still going through treatments.

I agree with Bluelyme's and your thinking. I strongly believe that rebuilding or stabilizing the body is important to our healing.

Just remember to restart treatments slow. Hopefully you'll be able to titrate up quickly. How long has it been since you've used the CT?
