Taurine

I take Pure Encasuplations Taurine 500 mg at night. Not sure about specifically raising GABA, but it does help me sleep deeper. I notice if I don't take it.

Even though some people think youll almost die from energy drinks (LOL), some do have a lot of hyperness to them, the few with Taurine give most people a calm energy- like many herbal adrenal adapogens do.

That said I've tried Tuarine in capsule form and I felt nothing.

Gaba on the otherhand makes me fell like I'm hungover, groggy, not for me I guess. Tried it for sleep, made me sleepy the next day, even the best ones. But, now after ABX, I can sleep again- at night.
