Day 2 of Burber

Yesterday I began with one drop of burber in the am and another in the afternoon. I developed a slight headache (like the skin on my forehead was being lightly stretched -nothing too terrible) and a little bit of feeling dizzy upon standing. Today I took no other supplements except Burber in the morning. I was ok and now have the headache feeling, dizzy upon standing (but again nothing terrible). I forgot to take it in the afternoon so only one drop for me today.

Could I be allergic to Burber or is this doing its thing? If so not sure I can do a full detox - how bad does it get?

Huddie so sorry you are having issues with the burbur. Perhaps it's the ingredients that you are allergic to. Honestly other than that I just don't know why you would be reacting so strongly.

Here is what I do - I realize not all are for detox but you get the idea. Will add in epsom salt baths and dry brushing. Was told warm water is bad for Lyme was happy to see you didn't agree.
LIST:
Sub lingual gluthione, Yogi detox tea, ALA, activated charcoal (bad about fitting that in so haven't taken this week), probiotic, prebiotic, spirulina smoothies, Sun Warrior Immune Shield Gold, Colldial silver, D-Mannose, Astragalus, Vitamin C, Magnesium, B12, Vit. D-K, Magnesium oil spray, goat kefir,
Greens and protein diet.
Starting Pinella or Japanese Knotwood tomorrow (forget which is good for joint pain/inflammation) but to be honest I'm nervous about trying something new.

Why don't you just start with 1 of them tomorrow, therefore you will know if something doesn't sit well with you.

How about stopping the Burbur for a few days and see if you don't get the headache and dizziness.

To clarify, are you suggesting skip the Burber and try either the Pinella or JK? Will do. Thank you very much for responding. Today I skipped ALL of my supplements to rule out it being anything else. I feel the sublingual Gluthione can be a bit strong. I'm very sensitive.

Will do. Tomorrow no Burber. Would you try Pinella or JK? My main symptoms are joint pain (like what I imagine arthritis feels like). I feel like my grandmother :)

Well the Pinella is a brain detox and the JK is a powerhouse. Personally I can't do JK. Since you had a rough time with the burbur, perhaps trying the Pinella first as it is gentle. You may need a few days to work up to the JK. At least this is what I would do.

Huddie give the Burber a chance to get out of your body before you add in something else.

Give it a whole day. Then add in whatever. Since you are doing so many detox things, why not go for the inflammation killer - Japanese Knotweed. But, like Krimpet said some can't do it. Me?? I could drink 8 ounces of it and it didn't do a thing.

But please, I was exaggerating - don't do that!!

Start with one drop on the first day. Maybe one drop 2 times a day on the second day. How about 1 drop 3 times a day on the third day.

Thank you! Today I will just do my regular detox stuff, take the day off from experimenting with herbs. Tomorrow I will introduce either Pinella or JK. I am super sensitive. For example, I can't take any pain killers, I have a very hard time with anethesia, I was almost sent to the ER after having a little laughing gas (because I refused anethesia for oral surgery). So things that don't bother anyone else, seem to bother me. I wish I could down a lot of this stuff and just eradicate these toxins. Thanks.

Me too. Super sensitive. I wish I was one of those that could just jump in and take whatever is needed. Ughhh.

We sound similar. What have you been able to tolerate/take - and how bad were your herxes? I think I'll give Pinella a try tomorrow. Thanks!

Sorry you've been having issues with Burbur, Huddie! Either you're herxing or you're reacting to it.

I'm glad you're going to stop it for the time being.

Just so you know, Nutramedix (maker of Burbur and Pinella) has information about all of its products on its site.

As you can see, both herbs have antimicrobial, antiviral and antiparasitic properties and they each have other "anti" bug actions.

If you have any of these things going on (as most of us do), that means there's a potential for a herx.

Thank you! I have been reading little bits of information on Amazon and then honestly get them all confused and the info. leaves my brain. I'm typing up a master list of each herb and what it does. That should keep the questions to a bare minimum. Thanks!
