Beware the Cumanda!

So in my infinite wisdom (sarc) i decided to add Cumanda to my current abx/supplementation protocol a few days ago. started with a drop and worked up over a few days to maybe 8 drops. you know me i always go too fast even though i've been bitten so many times. well i was already started to 'back up' given my increased symptoms in my chest and arms and this just pushed me over the edge. worst 2 days i've had ever since getting sick.

i'll say it (even though i keep breaking it!). if you add anything you really need to be patient and start slowly. for herbs like this potent one 1 drop a day for at least 3-4 days to gauge reaction. for me i used to down 30 drops 2x/day of things like cryptolepis back in the day but clearly i can't do that anymore and/or whatever this herb is hitting.

just wanted to share so others don't get floored by going too fast thinking this is a sprint not a marathon.

I hate to agree with this... But yeah... I started sida a few days ago and had a surprise onset of encephalitis during a lecture, miles away from home. Truly horrible. Stopped for a day and have started back with a single drop. I'm still scared it's going to bite lol

bluelyme not sure what cumanda is hitting as its primarily said to go after lyme and an anti-fungal and since i have both lyme and bart it could be either as both are bacteria. similarly like bactrim its known for bart but it also has anti-protozoan activity so also hits babesia.

Think will add Cumanda to my list after reading about it, thanks for that.

I had the biggest herx I ever had back in June with Houttuynia and re-introduced it several times but can't get past more than three drops per day and the ears and lymph nodes behind the ears swell up !! I can only tolerate two drops per week still it seems. Also I will never introduce anything new around full moon as my symptoms always seem to flare up more then and we are on full moon at the moment. Beware those who have a flare up round then too !
