Coffee enemas...how often?

I haven't asked this cause I think I didn't want to know the answer! I do them daily, I just feel so much more ok, it's the difference between a possibly ok day and a bad day for me... So I guess I'm ok with the possible dependence at the moment.. For me it's just more important to try to keep up with the toxicity for now. On the Wilson website (he has a lot to say about the protocol and makes the best kind of coffee for it) he seems to indicate once a day max.

Yeah the warm water enema first does help you have more success with the following coffee enema. Gerson therapy for cancer patients recommend daily enemas. In a life threatening situation I think it may be important to take stress off the body. For lyme I think it depends on your issues. If you have having liver detox problems then coffee enemas will help. Maybe 2 times a week. The goal is to get a long term change. I think you have to be doing other detox to support the liver, the bile, digestion and gut integrity because for me it wasnt enough on its own. I did it every day for 6 weeks. I felt really so much better than I had in years. As the weather got colder I let it slide and I noticed that I felt the same as I did before I started the enemas. Which was disappointing.
I could be wrong but I think enemas are treating the symptoms of having a toxic body but dont go far enough to change the underlying issues. Well, thats in my case. Just the same once or twice a week is still a good idea if you feel its helping. Working on the contributing factors for toxicity with supplements is my current strategy. But its worth experimenting and seeing what works for you. We are all different and lyme affects our bodies in different ways so you are the best judge in the long run as to what you find helps you.
