Anyone try the Don Croft Zapper?

My brother got me The Terminator 2 Zapper by Don Croft - sounds great but a little nervous to try it.

Have any of you tried it? Curious to hear about results and herxing?

While I am super grateful for the generous gift, I feel that if it worked it would have been mentioned on here.
