I take my vitamin D first thing in the morning - mine is sublingual, so I put it under my tongue..and get impatient and chew the rest of it after a couple minutes.
I also take a sublingual B12 right after.
Then I do my tinctures. I put them in 1/4 glass of water - altogether. and down the hatch.
I wait 10-15 minutes (just because I want to give it a bit of time before I take my antibiotics)
Then I take my antibiotics, and eat breakfast.
Before lunch, I take my tinctures again - in 1/4 glass of water.
With lunch I take my vitamin c, Calcium, magnesium and other supplements - eg: ALA , liver support..
about two hours after lunch, I take my probiotics.
Before dinner I do my tinctures again ...wait about 15 minutes and take my antibiotics....then eat dinner. With dinner I usually take more supplements - CoQ10 and whatever else I haven't already taken.
A couple hours later I take probiotics again.
A couple hours after that, I take my activated charcoal.
I didn't list all of my supplements that I take - I am in the process of removing some and adding others back in to my protocol...
So, you should start the Cat's claw at a very low dose - 1 x daily....(1 or 2 drops)
Then after a few days go to 2X daily....wait a few days..then 3X daily.
You can take before your meals.
Putting the tincture on the tongue - it's quite strong...I couldn't do it ..so that's why I put all my tinctures together in 1/4 glass of water and just chug it.
