Hey everybody,
Just wondering if anyone could recommend a product for me? I am interested in ordering either great lakes Collagen powder or Bio-sil.
Which do you think would be better for the joints and cartilage?
Also I am looking for an immune boosting supplement. Would green vibrance be the way to go?
Thanks!

There are a variety of immune boosting supplements. Some are very strong. There are medicinal mushrooms (reishi, maitake, turkey tail to name a few), cats claw, vitamin c, vitamin d, licorice root, zinc, probiotics, colostrum, etcetera.
Ive been using Great Lakes. Others may come along with more recommendations.
Also you can use the search feature to find other posts that discuss both of your questions.

I recommend:
MSM&Glucosamin for joints
Colostrum for immunity

ONE of the things I take is Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM.

Vitamin D, calcium, Vitamin C also.

Thanks you guys. I didn't know that colostrum was a supplement wow. I do take Glucosamine, it is hard to say whether or not it has helped the joint pain or if it was the herbs.
I really want to take something daily for my immune system and I heard that green vibrance is a good product. But I will check out some of the things you guys mentioned too.

I love Green Vibrance, it is a great product! It cannot hurt you that's for sure. Nutrient supplementation is what it is designed for and nutrients are awesome in helping our immune system.
