Extreme anxiety

So far I haven't had a panic attack situation since though I am still getting cognitive problems and particularly after eating. It's really bizarre and frustrating

Maybe it's allergies but it feels like my organs have been compromised. I can't explain it but it feels very "metabolic". I don't really know what would detox the nervous system. And i haven't been able to find any serious pattern. I have definite reactions to potato chips and date fruits. So maybe carbs? But corn chips and beet/carrot juice are totally fine.. so ***

That was the first bag of potato chips i've eaten in over a year and a half and i made sure there was nothing in it but potatoes and avocado oil. Same goes for the corn, palm oil. I ate an excessively clean diet for a long time and have started adding things back in the past few months with no issue until this episode after Sida acuta. At this point it seems to have no relation to the quality of food. I can be fine with a chocolate bar and amy's canned soup and a date fruit will make me ill. I can drink one type of organic vegetable juice and feel great and another type and feel like garbage. Some relatively benign herbs make me feel the same way like Salvia miltiorrhiza. In fact, part of the reason my diet is so crappy right now is because i know i can eat all the chips and salsa and canned soup i want and not get sick.

There is definitely a CNS problem but i don't know about ANS. I sometimes wonder if my abdominal pain is not organ damage perse but neuropathy. I do have constipation that seems to be due to neuropathy

Anxiety is so complicated with everything this does to ones body. Wish I had an answer. All the dead stuff piling up does not help. I think a lot of mine was from candida- from the ABX.

Then there is your thyroid and adrenals that take a hit with this too.
