I found a recipe that I really liked: 1 cup epsom salt, 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup aloe vera juice, 1 cup baking soda. I gave my body what it asked for, it wanted it hot, so I let the bath be hot, and would let a slow trickle of hot water in the tub to keep it warm. The provider of the recipe suggested making a big batch of something hot to drink, some hot tea, and downing it in the tub. I'd make mine in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. If the bath is too hot, it could conceivable result in more die-off, and accentuate the herx... but I found that a hot bath was the only relief when I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. Had many sleepless nights. I followed the wisdom of my body - which I think is good for everyone - in that this infection is so complex and people seem to respond differently to different things.
