We ask all new members to read through our "Healing Lyme-start here", the first post in this forum.
It has a lot of great information that may be helpful to your situation. There is a symptom list that may help to determine if it may be lyme or not. You could also share your story on the forum and there may be those who can help. Not to diagnose obviously, but to decide if Lyme could be the culprit, although it sounds like you may have done some research and have a pretty good idea that it it.

Once you do that others can email you with any available LLMD's in Italy.

I have some names in the countries around Italy, but none in Italy. As has been asked, are you able to travel? Perhaps you have family or friends in another country you can stay with when you need to be seen?
