Which herb to add in today?

I am up to 6 drops of knotweed 3xday and actually handling it really well. So im thinking do I keep going or add in another herb? If I add another herb, which? I have Samento, which caused a herx on one drop, and I just got in cats claw and houttuynia from Hawaii Pharm. Im thinking let the Samento and cats claw set and go for houttuynia. I believe im thinking that because I dont want to herx on a holiday weekend, and I know I will on the Samento/cats claw. Then again, maybe I need to.

What do you think?

That's great that you are doing well on the JK. Well just to let you know it is possible to herx on the houtt as well. If it were me, I would really try to get that cats claw going, but if not, houtt would probably be my next choice.

Personally I would go for the cats claw. Get my basic immune function and antiinflammatories before hitting with the antimicrobials but that's just me

I figured you say that...lol. I guess I am just trying to avoid the inevitable. I know I can herx on both, but I was looking at 100% chance with cats claw and 50/50% with houttuynia since I never took it. Got my detox stuff at the ready and been doing epsom baths every night, so maybe cats claw wont get me as quick this time around.

Tinctures. I do have some cats claw pills here but I will NOT take those, one pill kicked my butt for days last spring and I havent touched them since.

Ok. So dilute the cats claw a little more than you normally would. See how that goes. And recommend only doing 1 drop the entire day and move up from there.

I've tried knotweed twice and I'm scared to try it again. Either they were bad days for me or I herxed horribly.

Thats how I felt about cats claw when I started this thread. But, Krimpet so go for it so I did, I actually didnt listen though like I always do...lol....I took 2 drops of cats claw at lunch and just took 2 more drops, both times with 6 of knotweed, and it hasnt hit me, yet. Sure hope it dont. The only weird thing im feeling, or experiencing I guess is my ears are ringing like crazy! They do that from time to time, so I dont know if its normal or a herx. Oh well, onward and upward!!

Trader.....Hopefully it doesn't catch up with you, but I would not exceed those drops for at least another day or two and then decide. As you know it can take awhile to feel those increases although mine are pretty much immediate since I am a sensitive one.
