For a period I cut out all caffeine in that I suspected adrenal stuff, then added decaf swiss water process coffee and decaf green tea - which has some caffeine. You might try body testing. Hold the bag of coffee in your hands and ask your body, is caffeine alright for me right now? If you rock forward on your toes - that is a sign yes, back on your heels, no. I found, when my body needed it, drastic changes weren't an issue. As I gain health, stuff gets added back in naturally.
