CBD oil (comes from an herb) has been studied - in vitro with good data showing it kills spirochetes.
Not sure if you're interested in specific herbs...or...
(can't remember where they're at with biofilms, cysts)
This is Dr. Murakami and Dr. Sapi's work.
Here's a bit of info (not much)
/www.medicaljane.com/2015/05/22/doctor-believes-cannabidiol-paste-could-be-a-potential-cure-for-lyme-disease/From his fb page.
"The numbers of anecdotal subjective clinical improvement in chronic lyme disease with cannabidiol is increasing in numbers and it is hopeful that the in-vitro evidence from New Haven University Studies will provide hard evidence for the continued studies. All the above cases were Lyme patients who had not recovered from the repeated standard medications for chronic Lyme disease. Phase one confirmed the antibiotic killing effect in 2014 with ten millimoles per c.c.of cannabidiol on live spirochetes and in 2015 in phase two the destruction of Borelia burgdorferi biofilms was confirmed with the ten millimoles per c.c. of the cannabidiol. The third stage is to study the effect on the survival forms ( Eggs, Cysts, Spherocyts, L-forms and granules.) this is being conducted now with three different sources of the cannabidiol being used to confirm the antibiotic effect for consistancy. A combination of a commonly used antibiotic for lyme diseae with cannabidiol was used in these studies to show the comparative destructive effect on the Borelia burgdorferi spirochetes."
I don't think the results of the studies have been published.
