Antibiotics and herbs

I was put on amoxicillin 500 MG twice a day for 10 days for a possible strep infection. Can I still use my herbal treatment while taking amoxicillin or should I lay off? I can list what's in my herbal treatment if need be.

Watch candida ...ask for nystatin or diflucan

Boo. I don't know if my doctors would even give it to me. I got the amox from the ER. Lol

I actually have a natural yeast aid here that has never been opened and it does have those ingredients but it says best if used by October 2015. Should I toss it although it's never been opened?lol

No to buhners. My current lyme protocol is queen Anne's lace, cats claw, astragalus, crypotlepis, Mullaca, tamamuri, some other ingredient that looks like it says anamri but it's hard to read. Plus whatever is in my CNS soothe.

Well, actually - Cat's Claw, Astragalus, Crytolepis are herbs in Buhner's protocols.

I haven't read anything showing the Astragalus, Crypto and CC can't be taken with Amoxy. They should be fine.

I don't know about the Mullaca, tamamuri, or anamri though.
