Started with one drop today and felt great. Since eleuthero gives energy is it best to up my dosage with:
1. TWO drops tomorrow morning?
or
2. ONE drop morning/ONE drop afternoon?
I am extremely sensitive to anything that gives energy so definitely don't want it late in the day.
Also should I introduce ahswaganda on Saturday? AND can I mix them together?
Thanks and sorry for all the questions.

One drop morning one afternoon
not on Saturday, it is too early. wait few more days.
if they are tinctures you can put them all in same glass of water and drink them together

Blueberry,
Thank you. Will do. Saturday too early? I thought it was 3 days one herb, then introduce another? How many days until I introduce second herb? Began today, Wednesday. Thanks.

Well you are upping it tomorrow to two drops. So stay at that dose for a few days.
i think adding in the Ashwaganda on Monday would be fine (at one drop.) Add the one drop to your Eleutheros (same glass)
The other option is get to two drops morning and afternoon...before adding in the eleutheros.

Bluelyme,
What is mormon tea? Does it give you the energy of five wives?
Are you really drinking coffee because that can really give you an energy crash if your adrenals are in trouble. You may want to switch to green tea (but many are not really green tea, they have contaminants and other additives). I love Rishi Macha super green. It is expensive but worth every penny. It is a detoxer, full of antioxidants and Egcgs.

Actually, if you are having troubles with your adrenals, you don't want to be drinking green tea either. To be honest about
it, if you have trouble with your adrenals, you shouldn't even have decaf drinks - as there is still caffeine in them. I am just now getting to where I can handle a bit of decaf - but it has to be really weak tea in order to avoid the crashes that come with it.

Daisies,
The eleuthero and ashwaganda are from Herb Pharm. Love it. I ordered four other herbs to help with killing, all from Montana. They take forever to arrive.
Trav, I agree with you on caffeine and especially on decaf. The Rishi Matcha super green is very gentle and actually is almost calming. It's the only tea I can drink. I can tell immediately if something is stimulating and it doesn't do that at all.

I'm so glad you found this, Huddie! I'm not sure if I could tolerate it or not, but others may find it really good as well. Thank you.
The crash after something too stimulating is horrible!!!
