Looks close enough to a bulls eye rash. Remember it doesn't always have to be the classic bulls eye rash.

My rash did not look a bulls eye. Mine looked more like boils around the ankle and shin, but painless (and I'm positive for lyme and co).

So once again close enough to be concerned for sure.
