I beg to differ on the adrenal thing. Stress does something long term to the body. Possibly the brain - gut- hormonal connection, not just adrenals. They have adrenal saliva test that do show this. Its obviously not proven, but many things here are not.
Oh, but it is proven. You just said "possibly the brain..." ding ding ding! Its called HPA Axis and Gut Brain Axis. The latter which needs MUCH research. But youd rather accept the term adrenal fatigue? Ok. Have at it.

Just because you might not have experienced what appears to be so called adrenal fatigue, does not mean it does not exit.
And just because you may have experienced something many so called doctors have termed adrenal fatigue yet have zero proof what it is, how it started, how to fix....Why doesnt it turn into Addisons? Why doesnt it flip flop to Cushings? Again, its a set of symptoms, symptoms which are being targeted and labeled something that just doesnt exist. This my friend is why we arent curing anyone....its frustrating to me when I see very smart people accept a term and throw out the rest of the system.

Half the people here with chronic lyme would have a difficult time proving it on paper per your definition of what proof is.
I believe you dont have a clue what my definition of proof is.

If it weren't for open minds, science would get nowhere. Let it be, move on.
Thats the point, those who come up with the terms adrenal fatigue, ibs, etc etc have resigned themselves to accepting these as certifiable conditions. If you consider that as having an
open mind, we're in BIG trouble! And yes, ill let it be. You can stay "
open minded" while I continue to dig deeper. Have a great day!
