Thought I would give everyone an update on how I am doing. I think I'm not falling down anymore, and sure not stuck in limbo, but now floating upwards into an upward spiral of wellness.
Ya... I'm drinking bulletproof coffee in the morning and stevia pops in the evening. I'm cycling myself in and out of ketosis... Monday-Saturday are ketosis days, and Sunday is my carb day where I pull out my juicer and put in everything from celery to cucumber and beets and carrots, and watermelon... But I am intermittent fasting daily every single day of the week. I think this super charged my mitochondria and my energy levels are back the way they were before. I've been eating like this and developing my new lifestyle and diet for the past 12 months, but it hasn't been until the past few months where I am nailing it down and keeping good daily consistency. No grains, soy, dairy (except butter from grass-fed cows), corn, legumes, cheese, tuna, potato, dried fruits, canned foods, tofu, or any sugars. My food is either raw, blended, or lightly steamed. Meat is the only thing I cook and I use XCT (Type of MCT coconut oil) and butter from grass fed cows for my cooking. I am focusing on organ meats like livers, but still have a little bacon. I like grass-fed steak stir-frys too. Carbs are limited to black berries, and carrots and celery on days when it's a carb day which is basically just Sunday. But on Sunday I don't eat any protein sources, this is to induce autophagy or self cleansing of my cells. I think it's actually working after you do it so many times. Also I'm sleeping so well... and just going to be at 9... waking up bright and early for 5. I'm aiming to keep this consistent.
And now I'm into doing hot Yoga. It is incredible to stretch as much as i possibly can in a super hot room. I think it's dual detox and stretching exercises are helping to get my tendons and joints back to normal. They feel much better, and the whole process is sooooo relaxing.
As for supplements I'm doing this liposomal vitamin C and taking 10 grams a day, as well as 2 grams of liposomal glutathione. I think soon I'm going to add in the liposomal R-ALA, 250 mg daily in the morning to start.
Next step is 3 cups of greens daily every single day as a breakfast smoothie, and making sure I get the 3 cups of sulphur every single day particularly broccoli, cauliflower, ginger, onion, and garlic. 3 full cups. I am probably averaging 2 cups of these veggies daily, but I need to get to 3 cups.
Now I"m growing wheat grass on the kitchen counter, whenever it grows too much I give it a little snip and add it all into my smoothie... Along with avocado, fennel, cucumber, ginger, and a full lemon with all the skin, I think it helps but I'm not sure why. Then I add in kale, cilantro, parsley, and collard greens. I top it all off with field berries including blueberries, raspberries, cherries, strawberries. Then I load up with the coconut fat, like a couple huge heaping spoon fulls. For liquid I'm using aloe vera. And for the finishing touches i put a heaping cup of spirulina and chlorella. My protein choice now is 5 heaping scoops of collagen protein also from grass-fed cows. The finishing product is not only incredibly nutritious, but also so very delicious.
I'm going healthy to the max, I even eat seaweed for my snacks.
And a new breakthrough has happened today... My poop are was nicely formed like a few brown pickles that are smoother than a brown banana yet just as soft and supple as a peeled one.
Also I popped the CHIM last night. I think healing energy came inside of me and poof it was like an instant boost to my well being... Some kind of energy was inside the pellets I'm not sure how to describe it other than a feeling of purity now I'm on an upward spiral to restoring my health. After I popped the pellets in my pallet the remaining bugs inside of me started to die and today it felt like more than half of them just vanished and ceased to exist. So I decided to take some flux at random times in the day today.
For my evening relaxation routine, I got electro massage therapy for my feet which I believe is improving the blood flow and circulation.
I even brush my teeth these days with xylitol toothpaste, totally fluoride free, I shower in filtered water, I even installed a triple water filtration system to clean the water that will be used to clean all my vegetables. I have a few air purification systems running and got a whole bunch of green plants, the happy kinds of plants that keep healthy and help with oxygenating the air. For breath freshener I use ACS200 breath spray.
When I'm not drinking bulletproof coffee with brain octane (Caprylic acid) and butter from grass-fed cows I'm drinking Pellegrino mineral water or Flow or Riva alkaline water with a pH of 8. I'm really focusing on alkalization. Making me more alkaline and electron rich. I think it really helps. This alkaline water actually tastes incredible and feels so refreshing. I got the idea that a healthy body is electron rich with a higher pH, whereas the acidic body is diseases and losing electrons and loaded with free radicals. I think it makes sense.
I still cycle on and off the modafinil and take it on work day mornings just to give me an extra motivation for getting things done. Bulletproof coffee enemas might be next. I think that's the next thing to do on my spiral upwards back into good health.
It actually kind of blows my mind all these changes and how far I have come. Honestly how the heck did I end up in a life style like this?
