Feeling that you get before a fever

This has been going on since months back but I feel like my hypothalamus is not working right. I get this feeling at times, as if I am about to have a fever but the fever never comes. I get that chilly feeling and my face feels really hot. Lately whenever I walk a lot or do some physical activity I get that same feeling. Anyone else experience this? I don't know what to do to make this go away.

I don't know if this is the same. But, I get shivers throughout my body...and then I will get sweaty on my face and my back, plus the backs of my hands. The sweating part only lasts seconds, but I can feel it coming on..I know when it's happening right before it happens.

I am usually cold when everyone else is warm.

If you found out how to get rid of it...let me know.

I have some POTS symptoms, so I'm wondering if this is part of it...temperature dysregulation.

Yeah I get the sweat too right after a chill. It's so uncomfortable and irritating. Then my face looks tired and worn out. Sick of this, literally.
