If the LLMD doesn't see this as something to pursue, either find a new one or start treatments with a good herbal protocol that he can do on his own, like Buhner's. There are more than enough equivocal reactions on the test to warrant treatment, especially if your boyfriend has symptoms that can occur with Lyme.

To test equivocal for the A, C, and E outer surface proteins like that, I really don't see how he could NOT have Lyme.

Remember, your boyfriend can use this time to get his diet in a better place, and to start detoxing in order to prepare his body for treatment.

You could treat and see how you react. If you herx you will know.
It does look like you have LD.

Discuss with the LLMD your concerns. You don't want to leave a lyme and/or co-infections untreated.

My main concern is that I am having alot of dizziness, brain fog and flashes of panic as my main symptoms. This is tough because I am a sales rep that covers 5 states for my company via a car. I struggle getting through each day and have had some scary times on the road with whatever I have, lyme, bartonella, babesia, ehrlichia...sometimes I have this thing where if I change where I am looking or focusing for a minute, and then turn back, my eyes "flash" for a split second. It's so hard to describe but it's like they cross or don't work for a milisecond. It's disorienting, at the very least. My vision issues seem to just keep getting worse...

I mean, I don't even know what to make of my tests and my Dr. will only discuss my test results in person in another 12 days at my scheduled appointment. Is this normal? I had Immunosciences send the results to me directly via email "behind my Dr.'s back" because I was so curious.

Could the IGG 41, 58 and 66 relevant to any of the confections other than B.B.?

Id like to add that if you strongly suspect that you have Bartonella or basesia I would act as if I did have it and start treating it. The logic is that if you start treating and notice either an increase or decrease in symptoms, you'll know that what you have is at least somewhere related to the bacteria in nature. If you do this with antibiotics or herbs, and do not go overboard you can get your body to take some control back. This helps physically as well as mentally.
I think when people get a Lyme-like illness or any other chronic condition, they end up with shattered self-confidence and some form of PTSD as a result of the body acting strangely and life becoming unpredictable. Meditation is a must. You have to form a new, altered way of functioning that works.
I've been living with a Lyme-like illness for 13 years, 8 of those middle years were almost symptom-free. However I did not start treating or even identifying what I had until last year. All I know is I was healthy all my life and then in one year my health deteriorated so bad I could barely function. When my doctor prescribed Doxycycline because I asked for it and took it in pulsed doses for 2 months I started feeling better.
The herbs I take now are taking care of whatever is left and I have isolated a regimen partly based on the Buhner protocol only starting in June. The difference is unbelievable. I am not 100% but I am 60-70% improved.

I was negative for the ELISA and intended to do the Isagenix but did not want or could afford to while in University, spend the $700.00 for the test. What I decided to do was treat whatever was in me as Lyme related disease. That made all the difference. At least now I feel my body recuperating and rebuilding from the bottom to the top.
If your symptoms are mostly from the neck up suspect Bartonella. Of course with the cat scratches, it seems likely as well from that route. Some people are more susceptible to it and like toxoplasmosis and other cat transmitted bacteria and pathogens, it certainly does affect the brain and nervous system.

I hope that the OP returns and lets us know and that the boyfriend is doing better now. My symptoms were strikingly similar. Mine started as major gut inflammation/dysregulation as well. Then it progressed into neurological symptoms. The eyes and optic neuritis are very much connected with Bartonella infection. Brain inflammation and vertigo go hand in hand. I suspect and would treat for Lyme, Bartonella and also Babesia when there is dyspnea/breathlessness with no known cause.

Lastly, for fear of hijacking this thread, ( hopefully helping OP and others searching ), dont be afraid of herxing. Herxing is talked about ALOT on the internet but does not happen or is not severe is most cases, especially with most herbs. ( With Cowden protocol, not so sure )

Some people get caught up in the idea that in order for something to be working there has to be fireworks and drama. Sometimes the change and healing is gradual and you barely notice. Especially if you detox and neutralize toxins better. Help this process and you'll get healthier faster with less side effects. Killing bacteria is not an exorcism and even if it is, they have teeny spinning heads and spit tiny amounts of puke. You'll barely even hear them.

I wouldn't say that. I know people who have had severe Neurolyme as their dominant symptoms.

Also, Bart has affected my ribs, and my feet.
