New symptom normal?

Do you guys have symptoms that change and does it mean you are getting worse or not necessarily?

I have felt extra tired this week but think it is a fibromyalgia flareup - which I was told may get worse with lyme. Anyway I finally slept last night so that is good but I now have joint pain in ankles. More annoying than anything. Pain isn't terrible maybe a 2 on a scale of 10. My concern of course is that this is traveling. Have follow up appt. with LLMD in October.

Still detoxing each day and only doing eleuthero right now. Haven't even added the ashwaganda in yet because I was feeling low energy. Also think I'm fighting a cold and it's a full moon eclipse tomorrow (extra bacteria and makes lyme patients feel worse - should start a link to see if it holds true).

Huddie, there was no continuity of symptoms for me. Mine migrated and changed often.

For example, I didn't get a headache all day. Nope, I would get head pain for an hour - cry in pain - and then poof it was gone. It got so I did not question my symptoms. I was just always relieved and gave thanks when they went away.

In the movie that was running in my mind as I was treating lyme....... I was a warrior trying to stealthily find and conquer the Bugs. The Bugs moved because my herbs had found their hiding place, they moved on to the next place of hiding. When the Bugs moved it wrecked havoc in my body. They then found another hiding place. And then the cycle began again. Sometimes the herbs got tired and then I had to put in a different company.

I think I have played too many video games! LOL

I LOVE your visual and I am absolutely adopting that one because I need a little 'play time' with this thing. Humor , creativity and playing helps everything.

I'm sorry you had head pain that was cry-worthy. You sound pretty strong so that must have been something. That said, getting the buggers out of your head is well worth it in my opinion. For some odd reason having them in my brain scares me more than anything else.

Symptoms can change for no reason at all (other than having these infections, that is!), as a matter of fact, in my worst times, that's what I hope for, is that symptoms will be changing soon so I can have a bit of relief from those symptoms!

Please do realize that many doctors - not just LLMD's - are finding that Fibro is due to EBV, Lyme or some other infection for most people. So it's not necessarily "just a fibro flare", but may be part of the infectious process.

YAY for sleeping!!!

Thanks so much. My LLMD did say that fibro might mean I had lyme. It may be true but I had a traumatic experience that sort of triggered the fibro. and I know exactly when it was and then it happened so not sure - but not discounting it either.

I have always been affected by the moons.

I just wanted to be sure you understood this! I'm glad you saw a doc that knew this as well. I don't believe all Fibro is Lyme, although mine certainly was, but I do believe that there are no conditions that just appear without a cause.
