Hey all! I've been taking bur bur for herxing since I started treatment and it has helped a lot. I've always done it as needed with herxing and never as a daily thing. However recently it's been brought to my attention that it is great when mixed with pinella and can be taken daily. My question is, if there is no herx how often can you take the combo during the day just as maintenece?

You can take it several times a day if you want. It will get expensive though.
For awhile I was doing it once or twice daily...and then when I herxed I would take it again...often I would do a few 'rounds' of it.
Now I'm not taking it daily...but I really should get back to that.

I find these two to be very helpful as well! To begin with I just took them when I felt brain toxic. But I have learned that taking it 4 times daily is helpful.
I will also up my intake to several times an hour if I am having heart palpitations with breathlessness and weakness. I find that to be beneficial for me.
It does get expensive though!

I take 10 drops of each, 4 times daily. That is an interesting way to take it but it would equal out to 10 drops every half hour for herxing so it makes sense. I hope it helps you!

I do a full dropper of each when I take it...(But that much may not be necessary) The bottles do say 10 drops and a full dropper is approx. 30 drops.

I took it and cannot tell if it works or not.
Same dosage above.....10 drops every 2 hrs....yes I ran out of Burbur fast.
Pinella I have still. I was consistent the first weeks then not more.

Does Burbur flush the liver? I am taking it now but was wondering if its enough considering I am also taking diflucan which can hit the liver hard?

Sam - are you taking milk thistle for your liver?
Or...what I take is Pekana Apo-Hepat.
Burbur is a general detox...I'm not sure if it supports the liver.

Not yet, I want to start though due to all the antibiotics/antifungal
Where would I find that? Is it on amazon?

You can get Milk Thistle extract at any health food store...or on Amazon, iHerb, etc.
The Apo-Hepat - I don't see it available at Amazon, or iHerb.
My LLND sends it to me.

I take it 3x a day, 10 drops each. More if I need it. But primarily 3x.

DS is using the combo because it's less expensive. We do 1 dropperful (20 drops) daily, in the morning mixed with his lemon water.
