I have bartonella encephalopathy and since the beginning have had swollen lymph nodes so i decided to try red root in the beginning of Buhners protocol to detox first.
My first dose (1 dropper) caused my adrenaline to spike; high heart rate, weezing, teeth grinding, hyperactive, incessant thoughts, fidgety, lights even brighter and sinuses irritated.
The problem is, i usually have these symptoms anyway, especially if i eat the wrong thing. In the past detox reactions for me have been the typical fluish, achy episodes so i have no idea if this is a herx or just a bad reaction. Im usually leary of doctors who say everything bad is a herx, that certainly hasnt been my experience.
I took 1/3 of that dose today and the same thing happened, just less extreme. Anyone have issues with this?
