Is swelling and high blood pressure normal with Lyme?

my BP has always been normal, leaning towards low. My left ankle and foot massively swell. it lasts days then regulates, then swells. It's weird. it doesn't hurt, but it's huge! I don't notice much else swelling, except my weight...
