Hey Tom, I'm sorry you are feeling down. This happens a lot with lyme.
Did you find a LLMD in WA? Or are you still on the EC?
How is the detoxing going? One of the best ways to feel better is to have a balance of treatment and detoxing. Well, sleep and good eating is pretty important too. In fact, I think sleep and good eating are number one and two in my world.
When I was at my lowest during treatment, I did not watch the news or watch sad movies. I tried to keep humor in my life and only fun things. So I didn't dust. LOL! Actually I did very little housework. I treated me as if I was a sick little baby (which I was). I was so gentle with myself. I honestly think that was so important to my mental health; just knowing that I was doing the best I could for me.
Hang in there, this does get better. Maybe not like we would like it, but you do the above and you will start seeing little changes in your journal.
