Tinnitus relief

Not a cure, but if you suffer from constant tinnitus like I do and need a short break from it try this:

Use this online noise generator with a good quality headset:

/mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/whiteNoiseGenerator.php

You can calibrate the noise to you and your headphone and then stack (open two sound windows) of :
"grey noise" overlapped with "rain". Your tinnitus will meld away :)

I use the Superlux HD 668B headphone

It works wonders with my tinnitus.

I have had tinnitus for many decades. But since my tick bite a new version has been added: the "dinging" of a small bell, such as you might find on a reception desk. Not constantly, but occasionally so that it distracts me when it starts - "where is that bell?"

I only had this when my thyroid numbers were wonky.
