Hi guys i forgot to take my houttuynia and burbur last night and now I feel HORRIBLE. Exhausted, depressed, suicidal, naseous, hungry, stomach churning. Is this is a herx? Why is this happening?

Yes, it could be a herx. Even though you didn't take your houttuynia...you still may overloaded in toxins from previous days.
In addition, you didn't take the Burbur for detox.

Ok i was going to start my cyst buster today but Im just going to lay here in the fetal position

Jennydancingfish sorry you are having a rough day. I hope this goes away relatively quickly. Do you think you need to set an alarm to remind you of your doses?

Oh and take something for inflammation. A lot of that head stuff is neurotoxins and inflammation gone wild.

I'm so sorry that you are having such a rough time today! I would agree not to start the cyst buster today - tomorrow's another day.

Krimpet what should i take for inflammation?

Its surprising to me that the houttuynia can reach the brain. Buhner and Cowden have some powerful protocols.
