Lyme can affect the muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. From what I have read, it definitely can be the cause of a head tilt.
I found when I first had lyme that I had tinnitus in one ear and it felt good to tilt my head towards my shoulder. So there is that possibility of a head tilt.
If yours is due to tendon, ligaments or joints I would take a good collagen support supplement. Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies. It's found in our muscles, bones, skin and tendons. It's the “glue” that helps hold the body together. It gives our skin strength and elasticity, and helps replace dead skin cells.
Also definitely make sure you discuss this with your LLMD. He/she needs to know these things.
