From my experience, with herbs, for the anti-bacterials, you know something is happening if:
A. you have a herx reaction. If you add slow, you might not have this.
B. in my experience - 2 months to notice a change.
In Buhners FAQ he is purported to say 14 days to 60 days. So for me, farther out.

The one bit I don't agree with is "In my personal experience, herbs that work against tick-borne illnesses are an excellent adjunct therapy to—but not a replacement for—antibiotics." Well - for some of us, we have no choice, can't afford an LLMD, no access to anti-biotics. We only have herbs. Yeah, they may not be a replacement for anti-biotics - but if you want to go on living, herbs are the path.
