I just want to clarify - It can take over a year...but it also can clear before that. Dr. M. isn't saying that it will take a year or longer...but it can...maybe more often than we think.
I think what he is saying - is that sometimes people give up at one year...and they should have kept going.

If you catch it earlier than later - as in months...less than a year...your chances of it being treated in under a year are greater.

How are you feeling at 4 months in? any improvements? That's more important than the time frame.

3HumpedCamel - yah, I don't think mine are hormonal either...and I think my GP who originally thought so has now changed her mind on that...and she keeps testing me for 'stuff'..which is okay with me because we found out I had low Ferritin levels. She's not denying I have lyme disease...but wants to make sure there's nothing else going on.
Sounds like you're sweating more than me...I'm shivering more than sweating...either way it's not fun.

My shiver will be like a cold crawling sensation that comes up my back and spreada across my shoulders and down my arms. And then my body will involuntarily shiver/shudder. It happens randomly not that often but I dont like it.

Just got back from a Dr. appt. She didn't get any results from the Ontario lab.

So, now I have to call them tomorrow.

So, now I'm wondering if I even got correct information....so frustrating.

Thanks, Chapelle. No, I haven't taken the bactrim plus zithro combo. My LLND doesn't prescribe that combo...but I have new LLND, and will be seeing her in a couple weeks.

She is going to go over what I've done...and share what she learned when she had a conversation with the bart guru.
She also is going to the ILADS conference....

Yes, I take B12, as well as ALA, Kudzu, Greater Celandine for my nerves.
I don't know what PC body bio is - what does it have for the nerves?

I am on serrapeptase for biofilms...

I'm not as frantic now that I know that there is bart bacteria still in my blood. And, my LLND and I have had a conversation on me having had bart for many years...prior to getting lyme...it's a possibility.
So, that also may be a factor in how long it's taking to get to symptom free.
