After a year of treatment, my husband and I are thinking of starting a family. We feel that if we wait for me to be 'cured' then we will never have children.
Of course we're under the guidance of my LLMD and an understanding OB, in addition we're seeking counsel from a maternal fetal health specialist. I am planning on being two, if not three, antibiotics, during my pregnancy- which is still theoretical at this point. I've exhausted every podcast, every book on natural healthy pregnancy. But if anyone has any tips or resources about having a healthy pregnancy while dealing with Lyme or really anything info on baby/conception/gestation as it relates to lyme, I'd truly appreciate it. It's a very tricky situation, so please no negative comments. It's tough watching all my friends sail through healthy pregnancies with nothing but the normal worries and concerns. Of course I wish them well, but you know what I mean. I feel very alone.
