Yes, please stay at a lower dose, and raise it up very slowly. You are releasing more toxins into your bloodstream (that were 'stuck' in your lymph nodes) to be further processed out of your body. Lymph massages would be very helpful as well.
Here is a great video of how to do your own lymph massages in your neck area (you have them throughout your body though), although she says to do this like 50 times, and that's too much for us - so just do it until your lymph nodes are a bit sore, then stop. You can do them several times throughout the day, any time your lymph nodes get a bit swollen:

Dry skin brushing will help move the lymph fluid more, which will also help deal with the toxins that are being 'released' from your lymphs, Epsom salt/peroxide soaks would be helpful as would several other detoxing routines.
