Hi saozemko - welcome to our community!
It is not uncommon for symptoms to get worse...or new symptoms to appear after starting treatment, unfortunately.
I can't say that I feel better after eating, though...but we're all different in our response to things.
How long have you had symptoms?
If it's a long-standing bartonella infection, minocycline and biaxin may not be enough.
We encourage all new members to take a look through the thread at the top of the page titled: "New to Lyme?..Start Here!" It's packed full of useful information.
Did you LLMD discuss detoxing while you're treating? It's very important - to help with the symptoms.
Here is a link to a website with a lot of great detox ideas:
www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods.htmlYou could start right away with the following:
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily'
- squeeze the juice of fresh lemons (organic preferred) into some of the glasses. (Drink with a straw - or you could damage the tooth enamel and/or rinse your mouth with clear water water after)
Make sure you're taking a good probiotic daily..and also something to support your liver (eg. Milk Thistle extract)
Then add in one new detoxing regimen every few days...
