Here are some easy detox things
Apple cider vinegar - put a splash in a glass of water and drink it. If you can't do that put a splash on your salad.
Cruciferous vegetables - Kale, cabbage, collard greens - oh gosh, you could put the vinegar on these. Just a tad.
Lymph massage -
/www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA-wi0d7-Ro - you can do this anywhere. It is gentle massaging the lymph to move. Start out doing a few and slowly work up. I never found mine to hurt at all when I was doing it. What I did find out was that if you get that lymph moving you can actually move too much too fast and you can feel ill with that rapid detoxing happening. I coughed my head off the first time as I drained.
Parsley - I get a bunch at the store and just put a little on our dinner plates. But you could put it on those cruciferous vegetables with the apple cider vinegar and you have a 3 in 1!!
Quercetin - I love this one - It does so many helpful things that I could write a book. I will let Dr. Axe explain it.
/draxe.com/quercetin/Sarsaparilla - this is yummy and will remind you of root beer.
Turneric - I get mine fresh at the store and I grate it into casseroles and it is especially tasty grated on eggs. While grating be careful if you have counter tops that absorb - it will stain.
And my favorite Beyond Balance - They have Tox Ease, Tox Ease II (both capsules) and Tox Ease GL(tincture). I love these and really give them credit for my not herxing. I cannot rant enough about
the Beyond Balance products. Nope, not a distributor and I gain nothing from saying this. Just what super duper worked for me.
