Huddie, cherries are for constipation and blackberries are for diarrhea.
I always go for the natural remedies in food. I am just weird like that.
Cherries, aside from being delicious are also one of the best bets for constipation relief since they contain components that can trigger peristaltic action in the intestines. They are high in fiber, potassium, vitamins B1 and B2, niacin and folic acid.
