Well, there have been members that are pretty reliable that have claimed they got Lyme from a spider bite too, so I sure wouldn't rule it out. There hasn't been any research (that I have found) done on spiders to know that they don't pass the Lyme bacteria on, so they can't be ruled out completely.
Yeah, wouldn't that be nice to have a whole body machine that could just delete these things?!?!? But, no luck so far! LOL!
What to try is a very highly personal choice. I would suggest that you spend some time not only thinking about
what 'feels right' to you, but in reading stories of each type of treatment and see what resonates with you the most. From there, it's trial and error. Herbs were the way to go for me, but not everyone wishes to use them, and that's okay, as long as they can find healing in other ways. Many members here use herbs along with other therapies too, and in many instances you can combine treatment protocols - but it must be done carefully.
