I think that I am definitely having some reaction. Headaches, some neuro, anxiety, and some fatigue, but all of these symptoms are bearable right now. Does that just mean it's a bearable herx? Like should I stop where I am or keep going? Right now they're just annoyances and not really what I would consider a "bad herx."
I guess my question is at what point should I stop going up? Because I am definitely having some reaction, just not anything as intense as I have had with other "challenges."
