Mixing the Herbs Question

Fronton, hang on until one of the other Moderators come on to answer that. I hate to leave you hanging, but don't want to get over my head and give bad advise.

Well, you are super brave to just shoot them into your mouth first of all!!! Especially the Houtt - didn't it taste horrible???

I always did mine in a glass with a splash of water and then chugged them down.

Have you slowly been using Samento and Banderol? You know you are used to them and you have no reactions?

As well as all the other herbs? You slowly move up in dosages to where you are now?

I did one herb at a time. Just Japanese Knotweed until I got to my max dose, for 3 times a day. Then I added in my next herb. 1 drop and slowly moving up to my maximum dose at 3 times a day. According to the Moderator CD's experience with a Buhner herbalist, she is doing 4 times a day so there are less times without herbs in her system. Makes total sense to me.

Just trying to make sure you aren't doing herbs without first testing for potential allergies. Then secondly, trying to make sure you are not setting yourself up for a horrendous herx because you have overdone the herbs in comparison to your detoxing routine.

I took mine full dose to start with, and I also mixed herbs, but maybe that is why my liver enzymes are high, too much too fast. The herbs are supposed to be synergistic from the reading I've read. I integrated herbs in this order:
Cats Claw
JN
a few months
then integrated a bunch of other stuff, one or two herbs at a time.
