I have the same exact problem! Just last night, for the first time, it got to a point where I had to do something. I can tolerate having cold feet but my feet were practically frozen! So I totally understand and am in the same position. I got out of bed and took a foot bath in hot water, I added some epson salt (Dr. Teals is my favorite) and then let my feet soak for twenty minutes. It seemed to work because my feet felt perfectly warm and normal afterwards and I was able to sleep unbothered. I don't know for a fact if the epson salt made a difference or if the warm water was all I needed but you can always try with and without and compare results. Personally, I like to detox whenever possible so I'm all about epson salt. Hope this helps!
Dizzy, Do you have Bart? It only happens to me late at night. So weird.
