I know we all, or at least most of us, have sleep problems. I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with the Chinese body clock and has found any correlation with Lyme symptoms? I noticed that I'm sleeping through the times I used to wake up (yay!) but wake up consistently at a different time instead (boo!)...(5:30am vs. 1-3am).
When I was waking up between 1-3am every night, those times definitely correlated with what the body clock chart showed (gallbladder and liver). I don't think I'm having difficulty with my large intestine now, though. Maybe my adrenals are getting better, which is allowing me to sleep a little better during the night?
Just thought it was interesting.
